Guide to Lacrosse Equipment

The equipment required to play Lacrosse is very similar to Hockey Equipment. The exceptions being that we wear back and kidney pads, specialized gloves that allow for thumb movement and of course, sneakers! For a first-time player that also plays hockey, it doesn't hurt to use the hockey equipment that they are already used to to try out the sport.
